AS “Būvuzņēmums Restaurators” received recognition in the nationwide competition “Best Building in Latvia 2015” in the category “Restoration” on 17 March 2016. This award was granted for restoration of the historical facade of the Teter’s House (former “Corner House”) located in Riga, 61 Brivibas Street, cerried out at the end of 2015.

AS “Būvuzņēmums Restaurators” received recognition in the nationwide competition “Best Building in Latvia 2014” in the category “Restoration” (3rd place) on 26 March 2015. This award was granted for renewal of Remtes hunting tower and arbor located in Brocenu district, in Remtes park which is managed by VAS “Latvijas valsts meži” (state joint-stock company “Forests of Latvia”). The works were carried out in 2014.

This award was granted for reconstruction works carried out in 2013 in the complex of Palace of Culture “Ziemeļblāzma” located in Riga, 36 Ziemelblazmas Street.

This award was granted for reconstruction of the Theatre and Audiovisual Studies Department building of Latvian Academy of Culture located in Riga, 46 Dzirnavu Street. The works were carried out in 2012.

This award was granted for restoration works carried out in 2012 in customer cashdesk room (1st and 2nd stages) of Bank of Latvia located in Riga, 1b Krisjana Valdemara Street. The works were carried out in 2012.

This award was granted for restoration of ceiling and wall finishing and ceiling painting of the Great Hall of cinema “Riga” (historical cinema “Splendid Palace”). The works were carried out in 2008.
